QTF ExxonMobil Gala Dinner 2019

During the ExxonMobil Tennis Tournament, The Planners were contracted to design and produce entire set-up for the players gala dinner night event held on the 30th of December 2018, this included: stage, podium, entrance arches, corridor arches, and photo wall. The Planners also handled and managed entertainment in QTFExxonMobil Gala Dinner with performers like Marc and Wendy, Gauchos and Imad magician entertained the guests.
