In collaboration with Qatar Tourism Authority, The Planners produced and managed the prestigious gala dinner held at Al Jeewan Hall, Al Dana Club. The event welcomed top-tier padel players and VIPs, featuring striking purple and white decor, a glam-sporty ambiance, and standout performances by international talents from Britain’s and America’s Got Talent. Our scope included full design, production, execution, and entertainment management.
