As the Ooredoo Qatar Major Premier Padel Tournament 2025 lit up Doha’s sporting calendar, The Planners were once again behind the scenes of its highly anticipated Gala Dinner—held on April 13th at the elegant Al Jeewan Hall in Al Dana Club. Organized in honor of the world-class padel players and Qatar Tennis Federation management, the evening brought together sportsmanship, culture, and entertainment under one roof.
Commissioned by Qatar Tourism Authority, The Planners led the full design, production, and execution of the event, transforming the venue into a sporty-glam space that reflected the identity and prestige of the tournament.
The look and feel were anchored in a sleek white-and-gold stage featuring the event’s branding and immersive side screens. White-draped tables and seating completed the sophisticated atmosphere, offering a perfect balance between elegance and energy.
Adding to the excitement, guests were treated to a world-class entertainment lineup including the gravity-defying Rola Bola Duo, the electrifying Messoudi Brothers from Britain’s Got Talent, and the vibrant Hakuna Matata group from America’s Got Talent. The event was also graced by several VIP padel players, making the celebration even more memorable.
