Aspire Academy entrusted The Planners with bringing their 2024 Global Summit to life, delivering a seamless experience across two standout venues: Regency Resort and Al Barari Outpost. At Regency, we built three tailored tents—including VIP and media spaces—and styled the main one with Sadu accents, custom staging, and multilingual live coverage. Outside, a relaxed lounge area welcomed guests between sessions. In the desert outpost of Al Barari, we turned a blank canvas into a vibrant evening setup complete with AV, entertainment, and full event coordination.
