Entrusted by the Qatar Football Association, The Planners designed and delivered a dynamic fan zone activation for the Amir Cup Final 2025 at Khalifa International Stadium. The vibrant setup featured a custom stage, branded entrance arch, sponsor booths, creative photo ops, and diverse seating, all supported by comprehensive AV and technical systems.
Fans enjoyed a wide mix of interactive games, from VR football to mini golf, alongside live entertainment including a DJ, football freestylers, jugglers, and roaming acts. Face painters and food trucks completed the festival atmosphere, ensuring an engaging and memorable experience for all attendees.
