On April 1, 2022, The Planners were commissioned by Q22 to deliver the FIFA Final Draw Dinner at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC), following the official draw for the 32 nations competing in the FIFA World Cup 2022.
Transforming a section of the exhibition hall, The Planners created a “tropical desert” dining experience with varied seating, lush décor, and custom staging. Guests enjoyed performances by Ghenwa Nemnom on qanun, Aleph band, and a special set by Dana Al Fardan, while traditional Ardha performers and rose water rituals set a welcoming tone. From concept development to decor and entertainment management, every element was designed to deliver a sophisticated and culturally immersive experience.
