As part of the high-profile Match for Hope 2025 event—uniting global figures and football legends in support of education initiatives—The Planners conceptualized, produced, and managed the official Fan Zone at Stadium 974 in Doha. The space featured branded activations, custom-designed interactive games—including foot golf, foot pool, skee-ball, target wall, and mini football—as well as a curated food court with food trucks. A cultural tent added a local touch with experiences such as henna art and falconry, while roaming performers delivered all-day entertainment that energized the crowd. Every element was engineered to drive engagement and contribute to the event’s entertainment value and sporting spirit.
