The Planners brought family-friendly fun to Al Bidda Park for the NCSA National Sports Day 2024.
On behalf of Qatar’s National Cybersecurity Agency, The Planners designed and managed a lively activation zone tailored for children, featuring sports activities like Zumba, cycling, and arts & crafts. From setup to execution, we handled all logistics, structure procurement, and on-ground supervision—creating a vibrant, safe, and engaging space for young participants to enjoy the spirit of National Sports Day.
