Entrusted by the Qatar Tennis Federation (QTF), The Planners produced an elegant gala dinner on 29 September 2024 at Al Jewan Hall, Al Dana Club, marking the opening of the QTerminals Qatar Classic Squash Tournament.
Our scope included a complete event structure featuring an entrance arch, reception desk, branded photo wall, podium, VIP seating, and a large stage with a custom backdrop. Technical execution covered a high-end LED screen, advanced sound and lighting systems, and full live videography. Entertainment highlights included the world-record-holding Vardanyan Knife Brothers, a captivating quick-change act by Solange, and a performance by a local violinist — creating a dynamic and sophisticated evening for all guests
