From stage design to live show direction, The Planners oversaw every element—including entertainment, audiovisual systems, guest reception zones, and branded installations. A sleek 18-meter stage, dynamic LED visuals, and a fully equipped live video setup ensured a refined, high-impact experience worthy of the global sporting spotlight.
