To celebrate the opening of the Qatar ExxonMobil Open 2025, The Planners produced and managed an exclusive gala dinner hosted by the Qatar Tennis Federation (QTF) at Raffles Hotel, Lusail. Our scope included full event setup, from a branded entrance arch and reception area to a custom-built stage, LED screen installation, and VIP seating arrangements.
We provided complete technical production, including advanced lighting, sound, and 4K videography with live feed capabilities. Entertainment featured the Aleph Band and a dynamic Colombian dance duo, setting an engaging tone for this high-profile tennis season kickoff.
