On February 10, 2024, The Planners produced the official gala dinner for the Qatar TotalEnergies Open, hosted by the Qatar Tennis Federation at the Ritz-Carlton’s Al Wosail Ballroom.
From concept to execution, we managed the full event production including stage design (18m x 6m structure with branded backdrop), AV and lighting setup (LED screen 5m x 3m, professional sound system, spotlights), and venue installations such as an entrance arch, reception desk, photo wall, and podium. We also curated and coordinated a world-class entertainment lineup featuring a live saxophonist, FISM award-winning magician Kim Sangsoon, acrobatic performer Willy Weldens, and internationally acclaimed illusionist Keiichi Iwasaki.
