To mark the launch of the Qatar TotalEnergies Open 2025, The Planners delivered the official gala dinner at Four Seasons Hotel, Doha. The setup featured a custom entrance arch, reception desk, photo wall, VIP table, and a fully branded stage with LED screen and professional-grade lighting and sound.
Live entertainment included a Qanun performance and a special appearance by Las Vegas entertainer Jeff Civillico. From guest flow to technical production and ambiance, every detail was curated to set the tone for a prestigious week of tennis.
