The Planners delivered the full setup for the Qatar Olympic Committee’s Sports Excellence Awards 2024, held at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC), Doha, to mark 45 years of sporting achievement. Our scope included a custom entrance arch, reception desk, branded photo wall, VIP table setup, and an 18m x 6m stage with stairs and a tailored backdrop. A 5m x 3m LED screen and high-end lighting (Clay Paky fixtures and LED PARs) were installed, alongside full videography with live feed, 4K/HD cameras, wireless transmission, and technical crew.
