6th World Congress of World Federation of Association of Pediatric Surgery (WOFAPS 2019)

Hosted by Sidra Medicine, The world congress was held in the Middle East and Qatar for the very first time. Sidra medicine contracted The Planners for managing the complete conference at QNCC including Pre and Post conference at Sidra Hospital, gala dinner, welcome reception and the Presidential dinner. The Planners was responsible with the overall management, planning, designing and production of all rooms set-up, invitations, registration of delegates, exhibition area, medical poster area, managing sponsors and exhibitors and smooth functioning of the entire conference. The event had over 800 surgeons coming from all over the world.
The main congress was from 1st till 3rd of November 2019 in QNCC that had several elements being keynote sessions, oral abstract sessions, poster session and exhibition area. The Pre congress workshop from 29th to 30th in Sidra Medicine and post congress workshop from 4th to 5th November 2019 with welcome reception in Sidra Medicine and presidential dinner in MIA on 1st November and gala dinner in Hilton on 2nd November.
