In 2014, The Planners has been selected to work closely with Hamad Medical Corporation to deliver the Middle East Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare Conference. The three days event has welcomed more than 1400 delegates, doctors, nurses and allied healthcare professionals from clinical and non-clinical backgrounds, including senior hospital administration executives. The event is designed as a professional collaboration that showcases best practice excellence in patient care.

The event took place at Qatar National Convention Centre and was composed of several elements: plenary presentations, workshop labs, knowledge exhibitions, and networking areas. The Planners was responsible with the overall management, design and production of all rooms set-up and smooth running of the entire conference.
